We are an approved PBS pharmacy, so your PBS prescriptions can be filled here at the standard patient contribution. Bring your Medicare card, and your concession or Safety Net card if you have one, so the correct price is applied.

Compounded Medicines

Our compounding room is on site. Where a commercial product does not exist in the strength, flavour, base or dosage form a patient needs, we make it to the prescriber’s formula. This is the part of the pharmacy patients travel across the Gold Coast for.

No. Walk in and ask. Our pharmacists are available during opening hours to answer questions about your medicines, whether or not you filled the prescription with us.
Yes. Bring your remaining repeats in and we will keep them on file. When one is due, call us and we will have it ready for collection or arrange delivery.
Yes. Bring the token on your phone, or have it forwarded to us, and we will dispense from it the same as a paper prescription.
We dispatch Australia wide through Aramex. Call the pharmacy to arrange it and we will confirm the postage cost before sending anything.
Sometimes, yes. If a product has been discontinued or is in short supply, ask your prescriber whether the medicine can be compounded instead. Many can be. See our compounding page for detail.
