How It Works

Three steps, and no need to queue.

Photograph or scan it

If you have an eScript, you already have a token in an SMS or email. If you have a paper script, lay it flat in good light and photograph it so the prescriber details, the medicine and the date are all readable.

Send it through the form

Fill in your name and a phone number, paste your eScript token or tell us you are emailing a photo, and say whether you want to collect it or have it delivered.

We call you back

A pharmacist checks the script, confirms the price and a realistic timeframe, then we dispense or compound it. You collect it in Surfers Paradise or we courier it through Aramex.

Tell us who you are and what you need, and send the script itself by eScript token, email or in person. A pharmacist checks every submission before anything is dispensed.

A note on privacy

What you send goes to the pharmacy and is handled by our pharmacists. Please do not include information you would not tell us at the counter. This form is not monitored outside opening hours and is not for medical emergencies. If it is an emergency, call 000.

What Happens After You Send It

A pharmacist reads it

We check the prescriber details, the medicine, the strength and the date. If anything is unclear we contact your prescriber before doing anything else.

We call you

You get a call on the number you gave us with the price and a realistic timeframe. Nothing is dispensed or compounded until you say go ahead.

We prepare it

Standard prescriptions are dispensed from stock. Compounded preparations are made on site in our compounding room. More on compounding.

Collect or delivered

Pick it up at Piazza 16, 3221 Surfers Paradise Boulevarde, or we courier it Australia wide through Aramex.

Who Sends Us Prescriptions Online

Uploading a script saves a trip, which matters most to the people who would otherwise make one for nothing. Parents with a sick child at home. Pet owners who need a flavoured preparation their vet prescribed. Patients in Southport, Main Beach, Chevron Island, Broadbeach, Bundall and Benowa who would rather we had it ready before they drive in.

And patients well outside the Gold Coast. If your compounded medicine is not made anywhere nearby, upload the prescription and we will post it to you. We dispatch Australia wide.

Prescription Upload FAQs

Not quite. Uploading lets us get started, check the details and confirm the price. Depending on the type of prescription we may still need the original paper script before we can hand over the medicine, and we will tell you on the phone if that applies to you.
Yes. Take a screenshot of the token or the QR code and attach it, or have it forwarded to the pharmacy. It works the same way as a paper script.
We work through uploads during opening hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00am and weekends from 8:30am. Anything sent overnight is picked up the next morning. If it is urgent, call us instead of uploading.
Yes, if you are authorised to collect medicine on their behalf. Put their name in the notes so the prescription is matched to the right patient.

Postage depends on where it is going and what is in the parcel. We confirm the cost with you before anything is sent, so you can choose to collect instead.
