Made to the Prescriber’s Formula
Hormone preparations are compounded when a prescriber needs a strength, a combination or a dosage form that is not available as a registered commercial product. The decision that a compounded preparation is appropriate is a clinical one and it sits entirely with your prescriber.
Our role is to prepare exactly what is written. We compound on site in Surfers Paradise, a pharmacist checks the formula against the prescription before we start, and we contact the prescriber directly if any part of it needs clarifying.
We do not advise on whether hormone therapy is right for you and we make no claims about outcomes. Those conversations belong with your doctor or specialist.

How to Get One Prepared
1. Talk to your prescriber
Compounded medicines cannot be supplied without a prescription. Tell your doctor, specialist, dentist or vet what is not working and ask whether it can be compounded.
2. Send us the prescription
Bring it in, post it, or send it through online. Call us first if you would like a price and a timeframe before you commit.
3. Collect or have it delivered
Pick it up at Piazza 16, 3221 Surfers Paradise Boulevarde, or we courier it Australia wide through Aramex.
