How Scripts on File Works
Setting it up takes a minute at the counter. Here is what happens from there.
Bring in your script
Hand us your paper prescription or eScript token and ask for it to be kept on file.
We store it securely
Your repeats stay at the pharmacy, recorded against your name, for as long as they are valid.
Request a refill
Call 07 5527 9428, message us, or walk in when you need your next supply.
We prepare it
We dispense your medicine and let you know when it is ready to collect.
Collect or have it posted
Pick it up seven days a week, or ask about postal delivery.
Ask us anything
A pharmacist can talk through your medicines whenever you collect. See health advice.
eScripts and Paper Repeats
Electronic prescriptions arrive as a token by SMS or email. You can forward the token to us or show it at the counter, and we can keep it on file just like a paper repeat. More detail on prescriptions, repeats and eScripts is on our prescriptions page.
Running low on repeats?
When your last repeat is used, you will need a new prescription from your doctor. Tell us early so you have time to see your doctor.
