How Delivery Works

Arranging a delivery is simple. Here is how an order moves from your prescription to your door.

Send your prescription

Upload it online, forward your eScript token, or have your prescriber send it to us.

We confirm the details

A pharmacist checks the script and confirms the price, timing and delivery address with you.

We prepare your order

Your medicine is dispensed, or compounded in our lab, and packed securely.

It is sent by courier

Orders go out by tracked courier to your home or workplace.

Track it to your door

You can follow the delivery until it arrives.

Medicines That Cannot Be Posted

Most medicines can be sent, but a few cannot travel safely by post or courier, for example some medicines that must stay refrigerated or that carry extra legal controls. If your prescription is one of these, we will tell you before anything is charged and talk about other options.
